morgan's a senior!

this awesome young lady was once a student of mine. to know her as a student and then be able to take her senior pictures was just fabulous!

maybe because these people are easy to look at; maybe because these people are fun to be around; maybe because these people are near and dear to my heart...

mostly because i love these people! they are my nieces, nephew, kiddos, and parents!

learning, laughing, and lots of pictures

earlier this month i had the fabulous opportunity to "kick it" with kamee june.

to say i learned a ton would be correct; to say i laughed a ton would be an understatement.

kamee is infectious - her smile, her warmth, her personality... she's just fabulous! oh, and she is an amazing photographer to boot. seriously, check her stuff out!

any of you interested in photography at all (even just taking better pictures of your kiddos) would absolutely benefit from hangin' out with kamee. :o)

during our session we got to take some pictures of amy. she was awesome!

a natural at modeling, for sure! we had a blast... here are some of my favorites from the session:

this was my first senior shoot and i really couldn't have asked for a better senior to take pictures of...
meet jesse!

as soon as we met and started talking, i knew i'd like jesse. he's a big musical theater fan, and if you know anything about me you know that's right up my alley. he's even going to college to study it... so fabulous!

jesse is also a pretty laid back, self-proclaimed "zen dude."

and he has some awesome red hair!
